Mark Bock

Mark Bock is a real estate broker with a long history of education and experience. After being licensed in 1978, Mark obtained designations such as GRI, Graduate Realtors Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative and licensed real estate instructor. He is a former Indiana Realtor Leadership Academy moderator, District 3 Real Estate Commissioner and Liaison to the Indiana Attorney General. Mark was named Realtor of the Year for Indiana in 2006 and is twice-named Realtor of the year for the Northeastern Indiana Association of Realtors. He received the highest honor of the Distinguished Service Award in 2019. He specializes in residential and lake properties. Mark manages the Angola and Lagrange Mike Thomas real estate offices. Mark has instructed thousands of real estate professionals in subjects such as contracts, marketing, new construction and land development, as well as ethics and professional standards. He is consistently a top-producing agent in Steuben County and surrounding areas.

Spencer Childers

Spencer was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, and graduated from McCutcheon High School. He then went on to graduate from Purdue University in 2013 from the Krannert School of Management. After spending time with Chase Bank as a Private Client Banker, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate. Spencer is the team leader for the Spencer Childers Real Estate Group. He has been a Realtor for over 7 years and has assisted his clients to sell or buy over 800 homes! Through his recent experience, Spencer has developed a deep understanding of the financial and emotional impact of selling a home. Over the last few years, he has grown his team to include additional admin support staff that aid in making real estate dreams come true.

Amber Davis

Representing buyers and sellers in Northwest Ohio, Amber has spent her entire life in rural Van Wert county. With a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, she has worked in other professional environments bringing a diverse professional history to the Brokerage. She has experience in leadership, business, advertising and networking from previous positions.

Amber launched her Real Estate career in late 2016 and has achieved The President's sales club in 2018, 2019, 2020. Amber is focused on being attentive to her clients needs, working with them to achieve their goals and always putting relationships over paychecks. Many client reviews state "we wondered if she ever sleeps!"

She is deeply rooted in this community and takes great pride in being part owner in this Brokerage. Her roots run deep and that allows her to have a vast amount of contacts. Amber brings land, commercial, residential home and high end home sales experience to the Brokerage.

She is the Mom of 4, farm wife (yes she even drives tractor from time to time) and cancer survivor. In her free time she loves spending time traveling!

Josh Ebbing

Josh is a Real Estate Agent and Broker with Red Oak Realty. He co-founded Red Oak Realty in 2021. He is graduate of Ohio Northern University and obtained his Real Estate Sales and Broker Education from Hondros College of Business. Josh is a native of Celina, OH, but now lives in Van Wert with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, golf, and tennis.

Josh's interest in real estate comes from his background in residential remodeling. In recent years, he has built his own home in Van Wert, purchased several investment properties, and also began development of multi-family properties.

Rick Fletcher

Born and raised a Hoosier, I’ve been a proud resident of the greater Fort Wayne area my whole life. After graduating from New Haven High School I earned degrees in Economics and Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN. My wife Kate, a native of Leo, and I are members at Pathway Community Church where we have attended since 2006. We both enjoy staying active, traveling, and share a love for great food and socializing with friends and family. I have been in the real estate industry since 2005 when I started out my career with one of the area’s largest new home construction companies. I then spent 3 years at a local, nationally recognized brokerage, but then found my home at North Eastern Group Realty where I've been since 2011.

Emily Witmer

Emily Witmer, a Fort Wayne native, is an associate broker with Century 21 Bradley Realty and Sales Manager for Bridgewater Development Group in Auburn, Indiana. Emily has twenty-seven years of sales experience and has a BA degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette in Public Relations, and Marketing.  Emily specializes in new construction, development, staging, and negotiating plus promises you her trust and honesty will always be her top priority. Emily is a member of the Home Builders Association of Fort Wayne and has access to a vast array of education programs, research, and resources. Emily is married to Tim, who is in Commercial Lending. Erin Poiry

I am a native of Fort Wayne who loves where she lives! After graduating from Homestead High School, I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and returned to the Hoosier state to start my career. I am a dedicated real estate professional with over 20 years of business experience. I enjoy all facets of the real estate process, especially working with Buyers to find the perfect floor plan and location for their dream home. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy lake life, travel and spending time with my husband of almost 20 years, our two teenage sons and friends. Wes Darling

Wes Darling, a Lafayette native, is an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Indiana Realty and preferred agent for Kiracofe Homes. With over twenty-five years of experience in customer relations, new construction management, and real estate marketing, Wes specializes in new construction and helping clients visualize their future home. While his passion lies within new construction, Wes is also a devoted agent for home buyers and sellers across central Indiana. Andy Hardie

Andy has a heart to serve people and walk buyers and sellers through the housing and building process with the upmost integrity and respect. He started his real estate career in 2006 by joining his family’s real estate company, and Andy has been able to help over 1,500 clients achieve their housing goals.

Loren Rockhill

Loren is a proud born & raised resident of Lafayette, IN. She and her husband, Dustin, have strong roots and sale’s experience amongst the two of them. Together, they have 4 children. As a first-year agent, Loren won the Rookie of the Year award. The following two years she was nominated and won the Best Realtor of the Wabash for 2020 & 2021.

Loren has been selected for many top agent positions and committees within her brokerage. After 2 years with an active license, Loren embarked on a team leadership role. She established Rockhill Realty Group and has grown her team into a well-rounded experience for all their clients. Wendy France

Wendy France has proudly called Fort Wayne, Indiana home her entire life. She is a graduate of Carroll High School and went on to study Business Administration in college. After college, Wendy entered the real estate industry and has been actively serving clients in the Fort Wayne market for over 10 years.
